Overview
BOZHEN GDW2015 high and low temperature alternating test chamber is used for high and low temperature reliability test of industrial products, which can inspect the performance indicators of parts and materials of electronic and electrical, automobile and motorcycle, aerospace, ship weapons, colleges and universities, R & D institutions and other related products under various temperature conditions. Temperature range of the equipment is -20~ 130 ℃, Temperature Fluctuation ≤ +/- 0.5 ℃, Temperature Uniformity ≤ + 2 ℃, Inner chamber dimensions 500 * 500 * 600mm.

Principle
The test chamber realizes temperature control through imported Air-Cooled fully enclosed refrigeration Compressor, adopts imported programmable Touchscreen thermostat for Linear dispersion control of temperature and humidity, and ensures stable temperature fluctuation through PID control to realize high and low temperature alternating environment simulation.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V/50HZ)
2. Set temperature parameters through Touchscreen
3. Start the equipment for testing
4. Monitor the test process through a computer communication interface
5. Turn off the equipment after the test

• Make sure the equipment is well grounded
• Pay attention to the status of over-temperature protection function
• Regularly check the refrigerator pressure
• Avoid heater short circuit
• Operate according to standard requirements
