Overview
BOZHEN BZ - 2.5-10 T C integrated Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace adopts integrated mechatronics design, equipped with user-friendly menu and LCD digital display. The furnace is vacuum formed with high temperature Pottery and porcelain fiber, and the energy saving rate is 40%. After testing, it has reached the national C-class furnace standard. After the equipment sets the temperature, the instrument can control the heating output by itself, the temperature control is accurate and stable, and it has the functions of fault alarm and automatic interruption.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts P.I.D microcomputer intelligent control system. After setting the target temperature, the system controls the output power of the heating element (three-sided heating) through the touchless module, so that the furnace temperature can be accurately and stably reached and maintained at the set value. When a fault occurs, the system will trigger an alarm and automatically cut off the current.

Steps
1. Connect the device to an AC220V +/- 10% 50~ 60Hz power supply.
2. Set the desired temperature, time or program through the smart LCD display.
3. Start the equipment and the meter will control the heating process by itself.
4. After use, turn off the equipment according to the prescribed procedures.

• The temperature of the outer box may rise when the equipment is running, please pay attention to the safety of operation.
