BOZHEN BZ-4-10TC integrated Pottery and porcelain fiber muffle furnace adopts overall design and humanized menu design. The furnace tank adopts high temperature resistant Pottery and porcelain fiber vacuum forming, mechatronics design, LCD digital display. Its energy saving rate reaches 40%, and it has reached the national C-class furnace standard after testing. After setting the temperature, the instrument controls the heating output by itself, the temperature control is accurate and stable, and it has the functions of fault alarm and automatic interruption.

Principle
The muffle furnace adopts P.I.D microcomputer intelligent control mode. After setting the target temperature, the meter automatically adjusts the heating output power through the microcomputer algorithm according to the deviation of the real-time temperature and the set value, so as to achieve accurate and stable temperature control. When the system detects a fault, it will automatically trigger an alarm and cut off the heating current.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position.
2. Connect the AC220V +/- 10% 50~ 60Hz power supply.
3. Set the desired temperature, time or program segment through the smart LCD display.
4. After confirming that the parameters are correct, start the equipment to start heating.
5. During the working process, the real-time temperature and time can be monitored through the monitor.
6. After the work is completed, the equipment will automatically stop heating, and subsequent operations can only be carried out after the temperature in the furnace has dropped to a safe range.
