The DGC DC-6000 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a High Accuracy Portable measurement device with A/B large screen color display and 15MHz single crystal Probe, especially suitable for ultra-thin parts and High Accuracy measurement. It provides automatic and manual measurement modes, supports data transfer and large data storage.

Principle
Ultrasonic thickness gauge by emitting ultrasonic waves and receiving the recovered wave signal to measure the material Film thickness, using Probe automatic identification and zero calibration to ensure accuracy, automatic positioning of the bottom surface echo to achieve fast measurement, support a variety of measurement modes and speeds.

Steps
1. Turn on the device and select the measurement mode
2. Install or automatically identify Probes
3. Automatic zero calibration
4. Position the measurement point and start the measurement
5. View or store data
6. Optional data transfer to Windows system

• Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is within the range of -20~ 50 ℃
• Use standard Probes for best accuracy
• Probe stable placement in automatic measurement mode
• Regularly check the battery level to avoid interruptions
