Overview
DGC DC-3000C steel plate Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge adopts ultrasonic measurement principle, which can measure the thickness of metal, steel plate and other materials, and can measure the thickness of the material through Speed of sound. The instrument can pass through the thickness of the coating measurement substrate, and the thickness measurement process is controlled by a microprocessor. It is equipped with an LCD screen to visually display four-digit thickness data. It adopts an external Probe design.

Principle
DC-3000C Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge adopts the ultrasonic Measurement principle to measure the thickness of materials by emitting ultrasonic waves and receiving retracted waves. The instrument supports T-E (emission-echo) and E-E (echo-echo) Measurement modes, which can pass through the coating measurement substrate thickness, and precisely control the thickness measurement process through the microprocessor.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Probe and connect to the host
2. Probe into contact with the surface of the material to be tested
3. Probe automatically recognized and zero calibrated
4. Select the appropriate Measurement mode (Standard or MIN Minimum)
5. Read the thickness data displayed on the LCD screen
6. After removing the Probe, the data remains frozen on the screen for easy viewing

• Probe contact temperature should be below 60 ° C
• Ambient Temperature -20~ 50 ℃
• Storage temperature is -20~ 50 ℃
• Powered by 2 AA batteries
• Different Probes have different Measurement ranges, please choose the appropriate Probe according to the measurement needs
• The measurement error varies with the thickness value: +/- 0.04mm for thickness value < 9.99mm; +/- (0.1% thickness value + 0.04) mm for thickness value 10~ 99.9mm; +/- 0.3% thickness value for thickness value > 100mm
