Overview
The IPRE PRUT600 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a precision measuring instrument with advanced clutter flyby technology for accurate thickness measurement of a wide range of sheet and machined parts. The instrument is available in two Measurement modes, supports cross-surface coating measurement, and is equipped with practical functions such as voice broadcast, LED backlit display and Bluetooth communication.

Principle
The product adopts ultrasonic Measurement principle, transmits ultrasonic waves through Probe and receives the recovered wave signal, and uses "clutter flying technology" to accurately calculate the thickness of the material. Measurement mode I-E mode and E-E mode, the instrument can accurately measure workpieces in different thickness ranges.

Steps
1. Put the Probe on the thickness gauge test block and press the button to automatically zero.
2. Select the appropriate Measurement mode (I-E mode or E-E mode)
3. Probe placed on the surface of the material to be tested for measurement
4. Read measurement results or listen to voice broadcasts through the display screen
5. Data transmission can be carried out by connecting the mobile app or host computer software through Bluetooth
Notice
• Before measurement, make sure that the Probe is in good contact with the test block for automatic zeroing
• Choose the appropriate Measurement mode according to the thickness of the measured material
• Turn on LED backlight function in dim environment of light rays
• When using the Bluetooth function, make sure that the device is connected to the mobile phone or host computer normally.
• Keep Probe clean to ensure Measurement accuracy
