Principle
The vacuum atmosphere furnace is pumped to a set low vacuum state (such as 100Pa) through the vacuum system, and the inflow of protective or reducing atmosphere can be precisely controlled through the two-way air intake system to maintain the constant pressure of the cavity. In the high-purity aluminum oxide fiber furnace, high-purity high-temperature heating elements generate heat and heat treat the material. The whole process is centrally regulated by the Touchscreen Control system Vacuum Level, Air Flow rate and temperature.
