Overview
The LANDTEK CM8855 coating film thickness gauge belongs to the statistical Portable thickness gauge in the LANDTEK Coating thickness gauge series. It has an integrated Sensor structure design and has two types of Sensors, F and NF. It can automatically identify different measurement substrates during measurement, and the operation is simple and convenient. The CM8855 coating film thickness gauge can be used to accurately measure film thickness of coatings, platings, etc., and control product mass. The CM8855 coating film thickness gauge has a small size and is suitable for use in engineering sites, laboratories and other occasions as a required nondestructive testing instrument for thickness measurement.
Features
99 sets of measurement data can be stored; by measuring the average value, MAX Maximum and MIN Minimum realize the statistical function of the instrument.
2. Iron-based and non-iron-based dual-use Coating thickness gauge.
3. Single and continuous Measurement modes are available.
4. Metric/imperial unit conversion.
5. With functions such as manual shutdown, automatic shutdown and undervoltage prompt.
6. Automatically remember the calibrated value and automatically identify the material of the tested substrate.
7. There is a buzzer prompt tone during operation, and the buzzer does not sound during continuous measurement.
8. Use USB data cable output, RS-232C data cable and software to communicate with PC.
9. Optional Bluetooth ™ data output options are also available.
10. The integral instrument is suitable for one-handed operation, with "Large Probe", large contact surface has better Stability, accurate results and strong Repeatability.
Principle
CM-8855 coating film thickness gauge with magnetic Sensor measurement of non-ferrous magnetic coatings and platings on ferromagnetic metal substrates such as steel and iron, such as: paint, powder, plastic, rubber, synthetic materials, phosphating layer, chromium, zinc, lead, aluminum, tin, cadmium, porcelain, enamel, oxidation layer, etc. Use eddy current Sensor measurement of enamel, rubber, paints, plastic layers on substrates such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.
Applications
Manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection and other testing fields
