Overview
The YONGLIDA QTY-10A paint film cylindrical Bending tester is a paint film flexibility tester developed according to various standards of GB/T6742-86, ISO1519-73, ASIMD522, and DIN53152. It is used to evaluate the ability of the paint film to deform with the substrate without damage under standard conditions. The tester is equipped with eight diameters of shaft rods of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12mm, which is suitable for the test of the thickness of the test plate ≤ 0.3mm (tinplate).

Principle
Under standard conditions, the test plate is bent 180 degrees around the shaft rod in 1-3 seconds, and the flexibility is evaluated by observing whether the paint film is cracking. The test result is expressed as the minimum shaft rod diameter that does not cause the paint film to crack.
