Overview
The HBO CZ-S Vibration meter is a device designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It is used in periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery, providing data for quality control, running time and prior equipment maintenance.

3. With AC signal output, it is convenient for auscultation and recording.
4. Optional headphones can be used as a stethoscope.
5. Use USB data cable output and RS-232 data cable output to communicate with PC.

7. Sensor adopts Piezoelectric Acceleration Sensor.
Principle
Vibration meters detect mechanical vibration signals through piezoelectric acceleration Sensors, convert vibrations into electrical signals for processing and measurement, support acceleration, velocity and displacement measurement, and communicate with external devices through data output interfaces.

Steps
Install 4 AA batteries and check the battery voltage indicator.
2. Optional accessories such as headphones, USB or RS-232 data cables, Bluetooth communication are connected as needed.
3. Place the Sensor on the mechanical surface to be tested for measurement.
4. Read acceleration, velocity or displacement measurements.
5. Use the data output function to communicate with the PC or record data.
6. The device supports MAX Maximum hold and automatic shutdown functions.

* Operating Conditions: Temperature 0~ 50 ℃, humidity < 90% RH.
Check the battery status before use and replace it promptly when the voltage is low.
Make sure the Sensor is installed correctly for accurate measurements.
* Select the appropriate interface (USB, RS-232 or Bluetooth) for data output.
* Optional accessories need to be configured separately.
