Overview
The HBO CZ-Z Vibration meter is a device designed for on-site measurement of various mechanical vibrations. It is used for periodic motion measurement to detect imBalances and deviations in moving machinery, providing data for quality control, running time and prior equipment maintenance.

Principle
Vibration meters detect mechanical vibration signals through piezoelectric acceleration Sensor, convert vibrations into electrical signals for processing and measurement, support acceleration, velocity and displacement and other parameter measurement, and communicate with external devices through data output interface.

Steps
Install 4 AA batteries and check for low voltage.
2. Select the measurement mode (acceleration, velocity or displacement) as required.
3. Place the Sensor on the mechanical surface to be tested for measurement.
4. Read the measurement data, and adjust the display unit through the metric imperial conversion function.
5. Use USB, RS-232, or Bluetooth to output data to a PC for further analysis.
6. Optional earphones for auscultation operation.
Notice
* The operation temperature range is 0~ 50 ℃, and the humidity is less than 90% RH.
* Ensure that the battery voltage is sufficient to avoid low voltage affecting the measurement accuracy.
* Sensors must be firmly in contact with the mechanical surface during measurement.
* When using the data output function, ensure that the cable or Bluetooth connection is stable.
Periodically calibrate equipment to maintain measurement accuracy.
