Overview
The WZZ-1 Automatic Polarimeter is an automatic Polarimeter from the INESA brand. It uses photoelectric detection technology and an automatic dial display design for easy operation. The instrument can analyze low-rotation samples that are difficult to handle with visual Polarimeters.
Features
1. Using photoelectric detection technology to ensure measurement accuracy
2. Automatic dial display, easy to operate
3. Ability to analyze low optical rotation samples
4. Minimum reading of 0.001 °, high accuracy
5. Sexual repeability ≤ 0.01 °, good stability
Principle
The WZZ-1 automatic Polarimeter works on the principle of optical rotation, using a sodium lamp and a color filter to provide a monochromatic Illuminant with a wavelength of 589nm. The sample is placed in a testtube, and the optical rotation phenomenon occurs when polarized light passes through the sample. The instrument measures the optical rotation through a photoelectric detection system and automatically displays the result on the dial.
Applications
Chemical analysis, drug testing, food industry, scientific research and education
Steps
1. Connect 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz power supply
2. Preheat sodium lamp light source
3. Select and install 100mm or 200mm standard testtube
4. Inject the sample into the testtube and ensure that the transmittance is not less than 10%.
5. Place the sample in the measurement position
6. Read the optical rotation value automatically displayed by the dial
Notice
• The power requirements are 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz, to ensure stable voltage and frequency
• Sample transmittance must not be less than 10%, otherwise it may affect the measurement accuracy
• Use standard 100mm or 200mm testtube to ensure compatibility
• The net weight of the instrument is 26kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling
• measurement range +/- 45 °, beyond the range may not be accurate measurement
