Principle
Based on the principle of optical rotation, the instrument emits light with a wavelength of 589.44nm through the sodium Illuminant, and the sample has an optical rotation effect on the polarized light. The photoelectric detection system measures the optical rotation angle, and the microcomputer system processes the data and displays the results.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply and turn on the instrument
2. Put the sample to be tested into the sample chamber
3. Set parameters and start measurement through membrane switch
4. Read the rotation angle data on the LED display
5. Record and analyze measurement results
