Overview
INESA WRX-2S Microscopic Thermal Analyzer is an instrument suitable for microscope research and determination of thermal properties of measured substances, called TOA analysis. It can be used for the determination of melting points of micro-samples and slice samples, as well as bioengineering thermodynamics research, and has wide applications in synthetic fibers, chemical industry, biology, mineralogy, criminology and other fields.
Features
1. Adopt PWM pulse program temperature control and color LCD Touchscreen display technology.
It has 3000 test data storage functions.
3. Equipped with a USB interface to transfer data to the PC, the RS232 interface can be connected to a micro printer (optional) for printing.
4. The temperature range is from above room temperature to 300 ° C, and the temperature resolution is 0.1 ° C.
5. The heating rate can be selected continuously between 0.1 and 20 ° C/min.
6. Provide a variety of microscope configuration options, including trinocular Bio-Microscope, Video Continuous Diploidy Microscope, and Polarizing Microscope.
Principle
Microscopic Thermal Analyzer is based on thermal stage method and visual measurement method, and the temperature change is precisely controlled by PWM pulse program temperature control technology, and the thermal characteristics of the sample are observed under the Microscope to realize TOA analysis.
Applications
Synthetic fibers, chemistry, biology, mineralogy, criminology
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and place it on the slide.
2. Install the slide onto the thermal mirror stage.
3. Set the temperature parameters and heating rate through Touchscreen.
4. Start the heating program and observe the sample changes under the Microscope.
5. Record or store test data.
6. Optional to transfer data through the USB interface or connect the printer to print the results.
Notice
• Film thickness of slides should be in the range of 0.8~ 1.2mm or 0.17mm.
• The power requirements are 220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 1Hz.
• The printer is an optional device and requires additional configuration.
• Instrument net weight 9kg, without Microscope.
The magnification depends on the type of microscope being configured.
