WKL-722 Dust Morphology Dispersion Tester is a product of INESA brand. It combines traditional microscopic measurement methods with modern image processing technology. It is composed of Optical Microscopy, CCD camera, touch computer and particle image processing and analysis software. The system transmits the image to the computer through a special digital camera, and analyzes the image through a special particle image processing and analysis software. It has the characteristics of intuition, image, accuracy, speed and wide measurement range.

1. Various image processing methods: image enhancement, image superposition, local extraction, contrast ratio, luminance adjustment, automatic segmentation and dozens of other functions.

It can directly calculate and analyze various parameters such as the size, shape, circumference, area and uniform distribution of dust particle size, and define the particle size distribution into four regions in full accordance with national standards, namely: ≤ 2um, 2um~ 5um, 5un~ 10um, > 10um, directly output test reports, and can also be customized and graded according to user requirements. Principle
