Overview
BM-17AD computerized trinocular UIS biological Microscope adopts UIS infinity Optical inspection technology, which is highly scalable and can be equipped with vertical lighting devices, fluorescent devices and other auxiliary equipment. Widely used in histology, biology, bacteriology, pathology, chemistry and other research fields, as well as teaching work and analytical experiments in Universities & colleges. This instrument adopts electric light source, luminance can be continuously adjusted, hinged lens barrel, 30 ° tilt, 360 degrees free rotation.
Features
1. UIS Infinity Optical inspection technology
2. Extensible, can be equipped with vertical lighting devices, fluorescent devices and other auxiliary equipment
3. Electric light source, luminance can be continuously adjusted
4. Hinged lens barrel, 30 ° tilt, 360 degree free rotation
5. Equipped with computer imagery system, including 5 million pixel digital CMOS camera and geometric measurement analysis software
Principle
The microscope uses an infinity Optical inspection system to magnify the sample image through a combination of objective and eye lens. The LED light source provides illumination, the luminance is adjustable, and the ray of light irradiates the sample through the condenser and color filter. The resulting image can be simultaneously used for visual observation and digital camera system acquisition through the three-eyeliner barrel.
Applications
Histology, biology, bacteriology, pathology, chemistry, metallography, microbiology, water quality testing, environment science
Steps
1. Turn on the LED light source and adjust the luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Use the coarse fretting focusing device to adjust the focal length
4. Select the appropriate objective and eyepiece combination for observation
5. Acquisition and analysis of images through computerized imagery systems
Notice
• When using 100X oil mirror, you need to add mirror oil drip.
• Avoid contact between the objective lens and the sample when adjusting the focal length
• Optical inspection parts are kept clean
• Turn off the light source in time after use
• Computers need to be purchased by users
