Principle
The TL2650B Biological Microscope realizes sample magnification and observation through the Optical inspection system. The ray of light is emitted from the LED cold Illuminant, and the sample is focused by the condenser system to illuminate the sample. The sample image is enlarged by the objective lens and enters the eyepiece system, and finally a clear enlarged image is formed for observation. The use of a flat-field color difference elimination objective lens can effectively reduce aberrations and color differences and ensure imagery mass.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the LED lighting system
2. Adjust the pupil distance to the appropriate position (55-75mm range)
3. Place the sample on the stage
4. Initial focus through the coarse focus knob
5. Use the fine focusing mechanism for fine focusing
6. Choose the appropriate objective multiple according to the required swirl/spin converter
7. Adjust the height of the condenser for the best lighting effect
8. Observe the sample image through the eyepiece

• No need to lift the stage when changing slices to avoid damage to the objective lens
• The light collecting lens holder cannot be easily removed to prevent the change of the center of the light path from affecting the observation effect
• Pay attention to protect the objective lens during use to avoid collisions
