Overview
TEELEN XTL-302 Light-field Upright Metallurgical Microscopy is suitable for microscopic observation of opaque objects. It adopts an excellent infinity Optical inspection system and a Modular functional design concept, which can be easily upgraded to achieve polarized observation, dark field observation and other functions. The compact and stable high-rigidity body fully reflects the requirements of vibration protection, and meets the ergonomic design to make the operation more convenient and comfortable. It is suitable for microscopic observation of metallographic structures and surface morphologies. It is an ideal instrument for metallographic, mineralogical and precision engineering research.
Features
1. Equipped with large field of view eyepiece and long distance flat field color difference objective (no coverslip), the field of view is large and clear
2. Equipped with a large moving range stage, with a moving range of 204mm × 204mm
3. Coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse elastic adjustable, with limit locking device, fretting grid value 0.8μm
4.6V 30W halogen lamp, adjustable luminance
5. The three-eyeliner barrel can freely switch between normal observation/polarized observation, bright field/dark field observation, and can perform 100% light-transmitting photography
Principle
The microscope uses an infinity Optical inspection system, which provides illumination through an epiphany illumination system. The rays of light are irradiated to the opaque sample surface by the objective lens, and the reflected light enters the Optical inspection system imagery through the objective lens. The three-eyepiece design allows the observer to directly observe the sample through the eyepiece, and the image recording can be carried out through the photographic interface. Modular design supports functional expansion.
Applications
Metallurgy, Mineralogy, Precision Engineering
Steps
1. Turn on the power and adjust the halogen luminance
2. Place the sample on the stage
3. Use coarse fretting coaxial focusing mechanism for focusing
4. Select the appropriate objective through the converter
5. Observation mode (normal observation/polarized observation, bright field of view/dark field of view) is selected through the trieyelid tube.
6. Adjust the field of view bar and aperture bar for the best viewing effect
7. If you need to shoot, switch to the shooting mode for image recording
Notice
• Please make sure the power supply is connected correctly before use
• When focusing, use coarse adjustment first, then fine adjustment
• Be careful to avoid collisions when replacing objectives
• Optical inspection components clean to avoid scratches
• Turn off the power in time after use
• Regular maintenance of equipment
