BH-90A-SO2 is a Portable Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) Gas detector of BOSEAN brand. The product adopts mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, which has the characteristics of fast Response speed, high Measurement accuracy, good Stability and Repeatability, and simple operation. Its small size, IP65 protection level, high-strength ABS shell material, can withstand the test of harsh environment. The instrument adopts two-stage triple alarm (sound, light, vibration) design, which is safe and reliable. High and low alarm values can be set, and it is equipped with a large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery for long battery life.
1. Industrial Sensor with High Sensitivity. 2. Mainstream 8-bit micro-control technology, stable performance. 3. The fuselage is compact and easy to operate. 4. With IP65 protection level, it is highly waterproof. 5. Long standby time, working continuously for more than 10 hours. 6. Two-level triple alarm (sound, light, vibration), not easy to ignore. 7. High and low alarm values can be set flexibly. 8. Supports more than 30 types of Sensors, which can be flexibly configured or customized as needed.
The Portable Gas detector uses the diffusion Sampling method, in which the measured gas in the environment diffuses into the interior through the ventilation holes of the instrument housing. The instrument has an Electrochemical sensor for sulfur dioxide (SO2) (or a Miscellaneous type sensor depending on the configuration), which reacts with the gas to generate an electrical signal. The signal is processed by the instrument's microcontroller, and finally the gas concentration value is displayed in real time on the display screen. When the concentration reaches a preset high or low alarm value, the instrument will trigger an acoustic, optical and vibration alarm.

1. Power on: Long press the power button to start the instrument and wait for the Sensor to warm up and complete the self-test. 2. Detection: Place the instrument in the environment to be tested and observe the real-time gas concentration value displayed on the screen. 3. Alarm settings: In the settings menu, set high and low Alarm thresholds according to safety specifications. 4. Data viewing: Historical alarm records (up to 1000 sets) can be viewed through the menu function. 5. Charging: When the power is insufficient, use the matching charger to charge the built-in lithium battery.
• Please read the instructions carefully before use to ensure that it is used within the instrument range (0-20ppm) and applicable environment (-20~ 50 ℃, 0~ 95% RH non-condensation). • Avoid severe impact or drop of the instrument to prevent damage to the Sensor or housing. • Do not charge or disassemble the instrument in hazardous areas (such as explosive gas environments). • Periodically calibrated to ensure detection accuracy, Sensor nominal life is 2 years. When calling the police, take immediate safety measures and evacuate to a safe area. • The instrument is only used to detect specified gases (SO2) and cannot be used to detect unconfigured Miscellaneous gases. • When cleaning the instrument, please wipe it with a soft damp cloth to avoid the use of corrosion chemical solvents. • When not in use for a long time, please turn off the instrument and store it in a drying and cool place, and charge it regularly for maintenance.
