Overview
The RONGJIDA DKZ-10 flexural testing machine is an electric equipment suitable for the flexural strength test of Non-metallic sheets. Appearance is exquisite and the process is delicate. Features
1. Using the embedded Windows Operating system environment measurement and control software, real-time display of test data and Linear dispersion, automatic control of the test process, automatic results at the end of the test, the software is easy to use.
2. With closed-loop control, three loading methods, force speed, displacement speed, and programming, can be realized to meet different standard test requirements.
3. Adopt Servo Control system to precisely control the detection process.
4. Adopt Touchscreen control to facilitate human-machine dialogue.
5. The testing machine is equipped with travel limit and positive and negative force value overload protection functions to prevent damage to the testing machine caused by misoperation.
Principle
The testing machine is driven by a servo motor and realizes accurate loading through a closed-loop Control system. Users can set test parameters through Touchscreen, and the system applies a bending force to the specimen at a constant speed according to the setting until the specimen breaks. During the process, the measurement and control software collects and displays force and displacement data in real time, and automatically calculates and outputs results such as flexural strength after the test.

Steps
1. Connect the single-phase AC 220V power supply.
2. Start the device through Touchscreen and enter the measurement and control software interface.
3. Select the force speed, displacement speed, or programmed loading method according to the test criteria, and set the corresponding test parameters (e.g. speed).
4. Place the specimen (maximum size 1300 × 600mm) on the support device in the Test space (range 150mm).
5. Start the test in the software, and the device will automatically load at a constant speed.
6. During the test, the software displays the force value-displacement Linear dispersion and data in real time.
7. After the specimen breaks, the test stops automatically, and the software calculates and displays the test results.
8. Save or print the test data and clean the test area.
Notice
• Please confirm that the power supply is single-phase AC 220V/50Hz before use.
When placing the specimen, ensure that its size is within the range of 1300 x 600mm and is correctly placed on the support device.
• Test speed should be selected within the effective range of 1mm-50mm/min.
• The test force value should not exceed the maximum test force 20KN, and the effective detection range is 1% of the maximum test force.
• Travel limits and overload protection have been set up inside the equipment, but it is still necessary to avoid violent collisions or misoperation.
• Regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment Measurement accuracy (within +/- 1% of indication) and Operational Stability.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
