It features a Modular design, a user-selectable Probe and cable, and a large 2-inch color LCD display with auto-flip for easy reading of measurements in harsh lighting conditions.

The QNix 5500 Coating thickness gauge uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current principles for measurement, depending on the selected Probe type.
