Overview
The QNix ® 9500 Probe is a small, rugged Probe with a new design. Models include NFe5mm and are divided into Fe, NFe and Fe/NFe dual-purpose types. The Probe has built-in LED lights to indicate whether the measurement value is over the limit, without looking at the host display. The product features an all-in-one design with built-in Probe and Modular interchangeable external Probe options.

Principle
Probe adopts eddy Current measurement principle, and detects coating thickness by electromagnetic induction. The measurement range is 0~ 5000μm, and the error range is +/- 2~ 3%. The built-in LED light prompts the measurement status and overrun in real time.

Steps
1. Connect Probe to host or PC
2. Place the Probe on the measurement surface to ensure that the minimum measurement surface is φ 20mm and the minimum curvature radius is 20mm
3. Observe the LED light prompt measurement status and over-limit situation
4. Read measurement data
5. Load the electronic calibrated certificate to the test report through the PC
Notice
• The operation temperature range is -20~ 70 ℃, and the maximum workpiece surface temperature during continuous measurement is 80 ℃
• Storage temperature range -20~ 70 ℃
• Ensure that the thinnest substrate is 0.05mm to avoid measurement of too thin substrate
• When using chemical cleaning agents, confirm the compatibility of Probe chemical-resistant materials
• Protection Rating IP65, suitable for dust- and waterproof environments but not for long-term immersion
