Overview
The QNix ® 9500 Probe is a new design, with a small and sturdy appearance, and is available in Fe, NFe and Fe/NFe dual-purpose models. The Probe has built-in LED lights to indicate that the measurement value is over the limit, without the need to check the host display. The product adopts an integrated design with built-in Probe, and can also choose an interchangeable external Probe with a Modular design.

Principle
Probe uses magnetic Induction and eddy Current measurement principles to measure coating thickness by sensing substrate material properties.

Steps
1. Connect the Probe to the host
2. Probe placed on the test surface for measurement
3. Observe the LED light prompt measurement status and over-limit situation
4. Load the electronic calibrated certificate of Probe memory to the test report through the PC
