Overview
LANDTEK HM6561 Leeb hardness tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument for Hardness measurement of a variety of metal materials, with small size and light weight, easy to use in tight spaces.
Features
1. Small size, easy to use in small spaces.
2. The test material and test direction can be selected through the keyboard.
3. It can realize the mutual conversion between the six Hardness (HL, HRC, HRB, HB, HV, HS).
4. Each test result can be displayed repeatedly, and gross errors can be deleted.
5. Measured values and test status can be stored in 50 groups, including material, test direction, Hardness and other information.
6. Allows users to calibrate and make measurements more accurate.
7. With RS232 interface, it is convenient for computer communication.
8. There is a backlight display, which is convenient to use in a dark environment with dark rays of light.
9. Manual and automatic shutdown functions.
10. Low battery voltage indication.
11. Use "USB data cable output" and "RS-232 data cable output" to communicate with PC.
12. Provide Bluetooth data output selection.
Principle
LANDTEK HM6561 Leeb hardness tester is based on the principle of Leeb hardness testing. Impact force is applied to the surface of the material through the Impact device, and the ratio of the rebound speed of the Impact body to the Impact speed is measured to calculate the Hardness value, and supports the conversion of various Hardness standards.
Applications
Installed machinery or assembly parts, mold cavities, heavy workpieces, Pressure Vessels, turbo-generator sets and their equipment failure analysis, Test space is very small workpieces, bearings and other parts, requiring formal original records of test results, material classification of metal material warehouses, rapid inspection of multiple measurement parts of large workpieces
Steps
1. Select the test material and test direction through the keyboard.
2. Impact device aligned with the test site for measurement.
3. View and confirm measurement results.
4. Gross errors can be displayed or deleted repeatedly.
5. Store measurement data or transfer it to a computer via an interface.
Notice
* Ensure that it is used within the allowable Operating temperature (-10~ + 50 ℃) and Humidity (≤ 90%) range.
Avoid storing equipment outside the storage temperature range (-30 to + 60 ° C).
Check the battery voltage before use and replace it promptly when the voltage is low.
* calibrate equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
* Turn on the backlight function when using in a dark environment with dark rays of light.
