Principle
The instrument is driven by a motor to move the upper platen down at a constant speed (12.5 +/- 1mm/min) to apply a compressive force to the specimen (such as paper ring, Cardboard, etc.) placed on the lower platen. The force Sensor inside the instrument monitors and records the force value change during the compression process in real time until the specimen is crushed, so as to measure the maximum compressire strength of the specimen, such as Ring Crush Test, Edge Crush Test, etc.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. According to the test requirements (e.g. ring pressure, side pressure, etc.), select or set the corresponding test mode.
3. Place the prepared sample correctly in the center of the lower pressure plate of the instrument.
4. Start the test at the Operating interface, and the upper pressure plate will automatically press the sample down.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument automatically stops and records the maximum force value.
6. Print the test results through the built-in thermal printer.
7. Clean up the test area and prepare for the next test.
Notice
* The instrument should be placed in a working environment with a temperature of (20 +/- 10) ° C and a Humidity < 85%.
Please ensure that the upper and lower pressure plates are clean and the parallelism meets the requirements before use.
When placing the sample, be sure to align it to avoid partial loading affecting the test results.
During the test, do not touch moving parts.
* Regularly calibrate and maintain instruments to ensure Test accuracy.
* Do not overload, the upper limit of the force range is 3000N.
Operators should be trained and familiar with relevant testing standards.
