Overview
PN-CAC125 Cobb Absorption Sampler is a special sampling device under the PNSHAR brand, which is mainly used for fast and accurate cutting of paper, Cardboard Water Absorbency and oil permeability measurement standard samples. The product adopts stamped structure, which has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, compact and reasonable structure, labor-saving operation and convenient use. It is an ideal auxiliary test tool for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement and mass supervision and inspection.

Principle
The Sampler uses mechanical force to quickly and accurately punch out circular specimens conforming to the standard size (φ 125mm) on paper or Cardboard by stamping structure for subsequent Water Absorbency and Oil Permeability Determination.
Applications

Steps
1. Place the paper or Cardboard to be sampled on the Sampler bench.
2. Adjust and position the material.
3. Operation Sampler for stamping sampling.
4. Remove the cut standard sample.

• Sampling thickness range: 0.1~ 1.0mm.
• Ambient Temperature: 20 +/- 10 ℃
• Environmental humidity: < 85%.
• The sampling size is φ 125mm, and the sampling error is +/- 0.2mm.
