Overview
PN-NZ135 MIT Folding tester is a paper folding resistance testing instrument developed according to the national standard GB/T 457 and ISO 5626. It is suitable for the folding performance testing of paper, Cardboard and other sheet materials with a thickness of less than 1.00mm. The instrument is a mechatronics instrument, which is suitable for the determination of the folding resistance of various paper and Cardboard. It is a satisfactory test equipment for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection.
Features
1. Mechatronic structure, easy to operate, safe and reliable;
2. Fully automatic measurement, intelligent judgment function;
3. The stacking chuck of the instrument automatically returns after each experiment, which facilitates the next operation.
4. Data storage, statistics, printing and other functions;
5. Compact structure, Appearance, Easy maintenance.
Principle
The instrument uses the motor to drive the connecting rod to control the collet to rotate 135 ° to the left and right to fold the sample. The tension mechanism deforms the spring by pressing the tension rod down, and the formed spring tension (adjustable between 4.91N and 14.72N) applies force to the tested paper sample. The instrument detects the number of double folds of the test sample through the photoelectric circuit and counts it, and automatically stops when the sample breaks, and realizes the automatic return of the folding collet at the same time.
