Overview
PN-PDT dust degree tester is a new type of test product developed by PNSHAR brand according to the national standard GB/T1541, which is specially used to determine the dust degree of paper or Cardboard. Dust degree refers to the number of dust per square meter of paper or Cardboard with a certain area or its equivalent area. Dust is an impurity that is significantly different from paper Color, and its content directly affects the printing quality, especially in Spreader paper, white Cardboard and color printing.
Features
1. Conform to the national standard GB/T1541 design.
2. Adopt 20W fluorescent light source to provide standard lighting environment.
3. Equipped with a 360 ° swirl/spin table for all-round observation of the sample.
4. The effective area of the workbench is 0.0625 square meters, and it is equipped with an organic Glass observation surface.
5. Provide standard dust pictures, covering an area range of 0.05 to 5.0mm ², for easy comparison and determination.
Principle
The instrument allows the operator to clearly observe the fiber bundles and Miscellaneous impurities that are significantly different from the surface Color of the sample by placing the sample on the organic Glass observation surface and irradiating it with a 20W fluorescent tube. The dust degree of the sample is determined and calculated by comparing the observed dust with the standard dust picture.
Applications
Paper or Cardboard Determination of Dust
Steps
1. Place the specimen on the Organic Glass observation surface of the instrument.
2. Turn on the switch and start the 20W fluorescent light source to illuminate the sample.
3. swirl/spin table, observe the surface of the sample from different angles.
4. Identify dust points that are significantly different from the paper Color.
5. Compare and determine the observed dust with the standard dust image.
Notice
• Before operation, please ensure that the instrument is placed smoothly and the power supply is connected normally.
When observing, make sure that the fluorescent light source is working properly to obtain accurate lighting effects.
• When placing the sample, it should be spread flat on the Organic Glass to avoid wrinkles affecting the observation.
• When comparing dust, refer to the standard dust picture for accurate area determination.
• The instrument should be turned off in time after use to keep it clean.
