Overview
PN-BBT spherical Burst resistance tester is a new mechatronics test instrument developed by PNSHAR in accordance with the national standard GB/T 24328.7, which is used to measure the Burst Strength of paper and its products. The instrument adopts modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic principles, and is equipped with a professional high-speed ARM processor. It has the characteristics of novel design, convenient use, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
Features
1. Developed in accordance with the latest national standard GB/T 24328.7.
2. Adopt modern mechanical design concepts and ergonomic design guidelines.
3. Using professional high-speed ARM processor, excellent performance.
4. Equipped with a 5-inch color Touchscreen, the operation is intuitive.
5. Built-in thermal printer, which can directly output test results.
6. Provide RS232 standard Communication interface, optional USB interface.
Principle
The instrument is designed by mechatronics, and the motor-driven probe applies pressure to the paper specimen placed on the concentric ring fixture (inner diameter 50 +/- 0.2mm) at a constant speed (125 +/- 5mm/min) until the specimen breaks. The force sensor inside the instrument detects and records the maximum force value at the moment of rupture in real time, that is, the spherical Burst Strength, and processes the data through a high-speed ARM processor to display the result on the Touchscreen.
Applications
Burst Strength of toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, paper handkerchiefs, paper face towels, paper napkins, hand wipes, wiping paper and other paper products and their base paper.
Standards
GB/T 24328.7、ISO 126259
Steps
Connect the AC 220V power supply and start the instrument.
2. Perform parameter settings on a 5-inch color Touchscreen.
3. Place the paper specimen flat on the concentric ring fixture and clamp it.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically drives the probe down.
5. After the sample ruptures, the instrument automatically stops and records the Burst Strength value.
6. Data can be viewed through the Touchscreen and printed out by the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity should be below 85%.
• Instrument Indication Error is +/- 1%, indication variability ≤ 1%, pay attention to calibrating when using.
• The inner diameter of the concentric ring is (50 +/- 0.2) mm, and the diameter of the probe is (16 +/- 0.05) mm. It is necessary to ensure that the sample size is suitable.
• The oil feeding speed is 125 +/- 5mm/min, and it should be kept constant during the test.
• Net weight of the instrument is about 24kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling and placing.
• The test range is 0.1~ 50N, and the resolution is 0.001N. Please ensure that the Burst Strength of the sample to be tested is within this range.
