Overview
The PN-CT300B Compressive Strength Tester is a test instrument launched by the PNSHAR brand for measuring the Compressive Strength of paper and Cardboard. It can test the Ring Crush Test (RCT) of paper with a thickness of 0.10~ 0.58mm, as well as the Edge Crush Test (ECT) of Corrugated Board, adhesive strength (PAT), single Corrugated Board Flat Crush Test (FCT), CMT and CCT of corrugated base paper. The instrument adopts mechatronics structure, combines modern mechanical design and microcomputer processing technology, and has the characteristics of high Test accuracy, convenient operation and stable performance. It is a very cost-effective product.

Principle
The instrument is a mechatronics structure and adopts a fixed design of upper pressure plate. The imported stepper motor servo Control system drives the pressure plate to apply pressure to the sample, and monitors and displays the force value and deformation in real time during the test process. The instrument has a built-in microcomputer processing system, which can automatically calculate the test results, and has the functions of data statistics, storage and printing.

Steps
1. Select and install the corresponding test Accessories according to the test items (such as ring pressing, side pressing, etc.).
2. Select the corresponding test mode on the Touchscreen and set the relevant parameters in advance (the system will automatically save it, usually only once).
3. Place the specimen in the test position.
4. Start the automatic test with one click, and the instrument will automatically complete the pressurization and data collection process.
5. During the test, the screen displays the force value and deformation Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the system software automatically calculates and displays the test results (e.g. average value, Standard Deviation, etc.).
7. Test reports can be printed through an integrated thermal printer, or the data can be exported to a computer for further analysis through an interface.
Notice
* The instrument should be placed in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
* Power supply voltage is within (100~ 240) VAC range before use.
Before testing, be sure to correctly select the test mode and install Accessories according to the standard requirements.
Pay attention to the thickness range of the sample (0.10 to 0.58mm) and the force value range of the instrument (5 to 5000N).
The instrument has an over-range alarm function. Do not exceed its range during testing.
Emergency stop button can be used in case of emergency.
The return speed of the instrument can be adjusted within the range of 5 to 30mm/min.
Regularly check the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates (should be less than or equal to 0.034mm).
* When connecting the computer with optional software, make sure to use the correct Communication interface (standard RS232, optional USB).
