Overview
The PN-ECC25 gluing sample Sampler is a manual special sampling device designed by PNSHAR brand according to the national standard. It is used to quickly and accurately obtain the specified size samples required for Corrugated Board Edge Crush Test (ECT) and adhesive strength (PAT) tests. It is suitable for Corrugated Board and carton production, scientific research and mass supervision and inspection departments.

Principle
The Sampler is a manual mechanical sampling tool that uses preset gears and positioning pins to ensure that the cutting blade moves precisely with less resistance under the guidance of the guide post and linear bearings, thus cutting Corrugated Board specimens that meet standard dimensions.

Steps
1. Switch to the corresponding gear according to the desired sample size (e.g. Edge Crush Test 25 × 100mm or specific size of the edge reinforcement method).
2. Use the positioning pin to locate the Corrugated Board once.
3. Manually operate the Sampler to cut and obtain a sample of the specified size.
Notice
* This Sampler requires specific Accessories (such as PN-CT300 Compression Tester, PN-PAC adhesive strength test stand) to perform the corresponding Compressive Strength or adhesive strength test.
* There is a dimensional error in the sampling, the 25mm, 80mm, 100mm gear error is +/- 0.5mm; the 32mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm gear error is +/- 0.8mm.
* The sampling thickness range is 12mm.
* It is recommended to use in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
