PN-PT20E High Accuracy Cardboard thickness tester is an electronic Corrugated Board thickness testing instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T6547, suitable for various Corrugated Boards. Principle
The instrument uses High Accuracy Displacement Sensor to measure the thickness of the sample between the probe and the reference plane under the specified contact area and contact pressure, and converts the displacement into an electrical signal, and displays and records the thickness value after processing.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
2. Place the instrument in a working environment that meets the requirements.
3. Select the test mode and parameters according to the menu prompts.
4. Place the sample of the Corrugated Board to be tested on the reference plane of the measurement table.
5. Start the measurement, the probe automatically descends to contact the sample and applies the specified pressure.
6. The instrument automatically measures, displays and stores thickness data.
7. The test report can be output through the printer.

• Power Supply is AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz, please ensure voltage stability.
• The instrument should be used in an environment with indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and relative humidity < 85%.
• Make sure the instrument is preheated and stable before measurement.
When placing the sample, ensure that it covers the measurement contact surface.
• Regularly clean the measurement head and reference plane to keep the instrument clean.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or adjust the internal structure of the instrument.
