Overview
PN-BSM600 Cardboard Burst resistance tester is a Mullen instrument designed and developed according to the national standard GB/T 1539 and ISO2759. It is suitable for measuring the Burst Strength of various Cardboards and single-layer and multi-layer Corrugated Boards. The instrument has functions such as parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, printing, etc., which can directly obtain statistical results of various data, easy operation and stable performance.

Principle
The instrument applies uniform vertical pressure to the surface of the sample through a hydraulic system, and measures the maximum pressure that the Cardboard can withstand per unit area, namely Burst Strength, to evaluate its ability to withstand handling, loading, unloading, impact, and tearing forces during circulation.

Steps
1. Set the parameters in advance before the test.
2. Place the sample, the instrument has a prompt function for not placing the sample;
3. One-click start test;
4. After the test is completed, the instrument returns at high speed.
5. View, analyze, save, and print data through Touchscreen or connected computer software.
Notice
• The instrument has an over-range alarm function, please pay attention when testing.
• The instrument has an emergency stop button and can be used in emergency situations.
• Make sure the specimen is placed correctly before testing.
• Please ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: indoor temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, relative humidity < 85%.
• The air source is non-standard. If you need to use it, please ensure that the pressure is rated pressure (0.6~ 0.7) MPa and the exhaust volume is (0.02~ 0.3) m ³/min.
• The instrument weight is about 68Kg, please pay attention to the safety of handling and placement.
