Overview
SUNDOO LX-A Shore Shore Durometer is a type A Shore Shore Durometer dedicated to testing the Hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products. The product is designed with reference to GB/T 531.1-2008 "Vulcanized Rubber or Thermal Plasticity Rubber Press-in Hardness Test Method, Part 1: Shore Shore Durometer Method (Shore Hardness) " and JJG304-2003 "Type A Shore Durometer verification procedure". It can be matched with a rack to test standard test pieces in the laboratory, or it can be used to test the surface Hardness of rubber or plastic objects on the watch head equipment.
Features
1. Dedicated to hardness testing of vulcanized rubber and plastic products;
2. Design with reference to national standards and verification procedures;
3. It can be used with a rack or handheld to adapt to different test scenarios.
4. Travel range 0~ 2.5mm, Measurement range 0~ 100HA;
5. measurement error +/- 1HA, high accuracy;
6. Compact shape, light weight, easy to carry.
Principle
The LX-A Shore Durometer is based on the principle of indentation hardness testing. It applies a specific pressure (F = 550 + 75HA mN) to the surface of the material under test by pressing the needle, and converts it into a Shore Hardness value according to the indentation depth or resistance to evaluate the Hardness characteristics of the material.
Applications
Vulcanized rubber, plastic products
Standards
GB/T531.1-2008、JJG304-2003、GB/T2918-1998
Steps
1. Install the hardness gauge on the supporting rack or hand-held watch head;
2. Condition adjustment of plastic samples according to GB/T 2918-1998 standard;
3. Apply pressure to the surface of the quasi-test sample.
4. Apply pressure and read the Shore Hardness value displayed by the hardness gauge;
5. Record measurement results.
Notice
• Plastic samples and adjustments shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 2918-1998;
• Measurement range is recommended within 20~ 90HA to ensure accuracy;
• Avoid use under conditions beyond the travel range of the pressure needle (0~ 2.5mm);
• Regularly check the pressure needle and instrument status to ensure Measurement accuracy.
