Principle
The microcomputer P.I.D temperature controller is used to achieve accurate temperature control and work through resistance heating. The controller has over-temperature deviation protection, timing function and data processing ability to ensure stable and reliable heating process.

1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply
2. Set the temperature parameters through the LCD LCD screen (RT + 50~ 1000 ℃)
3. Set Timer Range 1~ 9999min
Step 4 Start the heating program
5. Manual door opening operation
6. The equipment automatically runs to the set time or temperature

• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept within the range of 5 ℃~ 40 ℃
• Pay attention to over-temperature alarm and independent over-lift preventer prompt
• Check whether the Sensor function is normal before use
• Pay attention to the overcurrent trip protection function
