Overview
The SUNDOO LX-AO microporous material hardness gauge is a Shore Shore Durometer for detecting low Hardness materials, suitable for foam, sponge, rubber microporous materials, etc. The hardness gauge conforms to the HG/T2489-2007 standard and is suitable for the determination of microporous hardness of materials for shoes with stresses above 0.049 MPa at a compression rate of 50%.
Features
1. Designed for Low Hardness Materials such as Foam, Sponge and Rubber Microporous Materials;
2. Travel range 0~ 2.5mm, Measurement range 0~ 100HC and 10~ 90Hc;
3. Small measurement error, only +/- 1HC;
4. Compact shape, size 115 * 60 * 25mm, light weight only 0.16kg;
5. The size of the needle head is SR2.5mm, which is suitable for the detection of microporous materials.
Principle
The LX-AO microporous material hardness gauge is based on the principle of Shore hardness testing. The hardness gauge automatically records and displays the Hardness reading when the compression rate reaches 50% and the stress exceeds 0.049MPa.
Applications
Foam material, sponge material, rubber microporous material, shoe microporous material
Steps
1. Place the hardness gauge on the surface of the material to be tested;
2. Make sure the needle is in contact with the material and apply pressure until the compression rate reaches 50%.
3. Read the Hardness value displayed by the hardness gauge;
4. Record measurement results and, as required, repeability tests.
Notice
• Ensure that the hardness gauge calibrates accurately before use;
• Avoid use in extreme temperatures or Humidity environments;
• Keep the needle clean during testing to prevent contamination from affecting Measurement accuracy;
• Only suitable for the specified material type, not for hard materials beyond the range;
• Regularly check the size of the needle head to ensure that it meets the SR2.5mm.
