Principle
The resistance furnace adopts silicon carbide rod double-sided heating method, and realizes temperature control through phased heating. The PID microcomputer temperature control system cooperates with the K-type Thermocouple Sensor to accurately monitor and adjust the temperature in the furnace to ensure that the temperature is stable at the set value.

Steps
1. Connect the AC380V power supply
2. Set the target temperature by tapping the four buttons
3. Select the operation mode (fixed value operation, regular operation or automatic stop)
4. Set timer time (0-9999 minutes)
Step 5 Start the heating program
6. Monitor the temperature display (4-digit digital tube displays the measured temperature and set temperature)
7. Automatic stop or manual shutdown after heating is completed
