Overview
YIHENG SX2-8-13NP programmable box type resistance furnace is a high temperature heating equipment specially designed for industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions and laboratories. It is suitable for chemical element analysis, quenching, annealing, tempering and other high temperature heat treatment of small steel parts, as well as sintering, dissolving and analyzing of metals, stone tools and ceramics.

Principle
The resistance furnace precisely adjusts the temperature through a microcomputer PID controller, using nickel-chrome wire heating elements to generate high temperatures, combined with a corrosion furnace and sealing design to ensure uniform heat distribution and minimal loss. The programmable function allows users to set multi-stage temperature programs to automate the heating process.

Steps
1. Open the furnace door and automatically disconnect the heating power to ensure safety.
2. Use a microcomputer PID controller to set temperature parameters or select a programmable program.
3. Choose the furnace type (refractory brick or ceramic fiber) as needed.
4. Start the heating process, the controller automatically adjusts the temperature and time.
5. After the heating is completed, close the furnace door or follow the procedure to end the operation.
Notice
• Make sure the furnace door is open during operation to automatically disconnect the power supply to prevent the risk of electric shock.
• Safety protection functions such as overcurrent, overpressure and overheating are checked regularly.
• Select the appropriate furnace material (refractory brick or ceramic fiber) according to the application requirements.
