Overview
YIHENG SX2-12-16NP programmable box type resistance furnace integrates many years of design and manufacturing experience, and is used in laboratories of industrial and mining enterprises, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions for chemical element analysis and high temperature heat treatment such as quenching, annealing and tempering of small steel parts; It can also be used for high temperature heating such as sintering, dissolving and analyzing of metals, stone tools and ceramics.

3. Resistance to corrosion lightweight furnace to ensure durability. (Refractory brick furnace or ceramic fiber furnace can be selected arbitrarily)
4. Excellent door sealing minimizes heat loss and increases temperature uniformity in the furnace.
5. Programmable controller, 10 groups of programs, each group can be set to heat up or stay, and provide programmed temperature, time, Heating power cycle. (Programmable box heater has this function)
6. Multi-stage programmable control can simplify the complex test process and truly realize automatic control and operation. The door liner and box panel are made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of anti-corrosion and high temperature invariance. (Programmable box heater has this function)
7. Just open the furnace door during operation, and the furnace door safety switch will automatically disconnect the heating power supply to ensure the safety of the operator.
8. Safety protection measures such as overcurrent, overpressure and overheating are provided to ensure the safe use of the heater.
9. The ceramic fiberboard is used as the thermal insulation material, which has the characteristics of good thermal insulation effect and low surface temperature of the box shell.

Principle
Microcomputer PID controller through programmable control to achieve multi-stage temperature, time, Heating power cycle, to ensure accurate and reliable temperature control; furnace door safety switch automatically disconnect the heating power when open, combined with over-current, over-voltage, overheating and other protective measures to achieve safe operation.

Steps
1. Open the furnace door, the furnace door safety switch automatically disconnects the heating power supply.
2. Using a microcomputer PID controller for programming settings, 10 sets of programs can be set, each including heating up or stopping.
3. Start the heater to achieve automatic control and operation.
