The BENTING CSW-CJ-1D workbench is a single person vertical workbench with dimensions of 850 * 570 * 1550mm and a purification area size of 700 * 500 * 500mm. It adopts a quasi-closed Glass damper and an adjustable air volume fan system to ensure a stable working wind speed of 0.3~ 0.6m/s and a cleanliness level of 100 (US LIANBANG 209E), suitable for operations that require a high clean environment.

Principle
The workbench is designed with vertical airflow, which is driven by an adjustable air volume fan system, combined with a quasi-closed Glass damper to isolate the external environment, ensuring an internal cleanliness level of 100. LED LCD panels are used to monitor and control parameters such as wind speed to maintain stable operating conditions.

Steps
1. Turn on the power and turn on the LED LCD panel.
2. Adjust the air volume fan system as required and set the working wind speed.
3. Use a quasi-closed Glass damper for operation to ensure stable internal airflow.
4. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power frequency is 220V 50HZ when using.
• Regularly check the Filter size of 695 * 455 * 50mm to ensure the purification effect.
• Avoid use in environments with noise exceeding 62dB (A) or vibration half peak exceeding 3μm.
• Pay attention to the control of the average number of colonies during operation and maintain the cleanliness level.
• When cleaning and maintaining, turn off the lighting and sterilization lamps to prevent electric shock.
