Overview
SUJIE VD-850 Clean Bench (single person single-sided) is a single person single-sided cleaning equipment controlled by intelligent microcomputer, with a working area size of 600 * 500 * 500mm and a Dimension of 850 * 570 * 900mm. It provides a 100-level clean working environment through built-in HEPA high-efficiency filter and positive and negative pressure design, suitable for experiments and operations that require strict cleanliness.

Principle
The Clean Bench efficiently infiltrates the air through the built-in HEPA high-efficiency filter to form a clean airflow covering the entire work area. The positive pressure surround of the operation area and the negative pressure around the high-efficiency filter are designed to effectively prevent external pollutants from entering and ensure high cleanliness in the work area. At the same time, the intelligent microcomputer Control system monitors and adjusts parameters such as wind speed to provide a stable sterile working environment.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and turn on the device switch.
2. Control system through the microcomputer to set the required parameters, such as wind speed.
3. After turning off the lighting, turn on the UV Lamp for disinfection as needed.
4. Operate the Suspended Lifting Glass Door and adjust it to the appropriate position for work.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the UV Lamp and power supply.
Notice
* The UV Lamp is interlocked with the lighting, and the UV Lamp must be turned on when the lighting is turned off to avoid damage caused by misoperation.
Regularly clean worktops and stainless steel components to maintain equipment hygiene.
Make sure the front window is fully closed during operation to prevent external gas from entering.
* Avoid frequent opening and closing of Glass doors while equipment is running to reduce Impact and abrasion.
