Overview
BOLEL PURIFICATION EQUIPMENT SW-CJ-1D Laminar Flow Cabinet is a novel Clean Bench, which is widely used in electronics, security, precision instruments, meters and other fields to provide a sterile and dust-free clean environment. The test area adopts 304 stainless steel countertop, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, providing convenience for experimental operators.
Features
1. Quasi-closed Glass damper, which can effectively prevent external airflow penetration and operation odor from irritating the human body.
2. Adopt a dual-speed adjustable air volume fan system to ensure that the working wind speed is always in a satisfactory state.
3. Practical vertical laminar flow single person Laminar Flow Cabinet.
4. With LED LCD panel control, the wind speed of the instrument can be effectively observed at any time.
5. The experimental area adopts 304 stainless steel countertop, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
Principle
The Laminar Flow Cabinet uses the vertical laminar flow principle to drive the air through the fan system through the high-efficiency Filter to form a clean airflow and provide a sterile and dust-free working environment. The quasi-closed Glass damper prevents external airflow interference and ensures the cleanliness of the operating area.
Applications
Electronics, security, precision instruments, meters
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50Hz.
2. Turn on the LED LCD panel control switch.
3. Adjust the two-speed adjustable air volume fan system as required and set the appropriate air speed.
4. Observe the wind speed through the panel to ensure that the working wind speed is within the range of 0.3 to 0.6m/s.
5. Use a quasi-closed Glass damper for operation to prevent external airflow from penetrating.
Notice
• Power supply voltage check before use is 220V 50HZ requirements.
• Ensure that the quasi-closed Glass damper is closed during operation to avoid external airflow affecting the cleanliness.
• Regularly clean 304 stainless steel countertops to maintain corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
Be careful that the noise level does not exceed 62dB (A), and check for any abnormalities promptly.
• Avoid use in environments where the vibration half peak exceeds 3μm to prevent affecting equipment performance.
