Overview
TAISITE WGL-45B blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment designed with vertical dual air ducts forced convection. It has the characteristics of High Accuracy Temperature Control, Easy Operation, Safe Operation and Wide Temperature Application Range. It is suitable for experimental processes such as drying, baking and heat treatment of samples.

Principle
The blast drying oven generates heat through a stainless steel heating tube, uses a turbo centrifugal fan to form a forced convection, and uniformly sends hot air into the studio through a vertical double air duct system. The PID intelligent temperature control system precisely adjusts the Heating power, and cooperates with the pt100 temperature sensor for real-time monitoring and feedback to achieve accurate and stable control of the temperature in the box.
Applications
Sample drying, baking, heat treatment and other experimental processes.
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V).
2. Set the required temperature and time (0 to 9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
5. After the run is complete, the device will automatically stop and issue a prompt (if the timing function is enabled).
6. After the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, open the double-decked insulation door and remove the sample.
Notice
* Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
* Do not place flammable, explosive or corrosion items in the box.
* When loading the sample, please ensure that it does not exceed Load per shelf (15kg) and is reasonably distributed to ensure smooth air circulation.
* When the equipment is running, do not switch the door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and temperature control accuracy.
Equipment is equipped with safety devices such as over-rise alarm. If the alarm is triggered, please check and troubleshoot in time.
* Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply until the equipment is completely chilled down.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
