TAISITE WGL-230B Blast drying oven is a drying equipment with vertical double air duct air jacket and turbine centrifugal forced air supply design, designed to provide High Accuracy, uniform temperature environment. Principle
The drying oven generates heat through a nickel-chromium alloy heating wire, which is driven by a constant-speed fan to form a double air duct forced convection. The turbo centrifugal fan blows hot air evenly into the studio, and keeps the fan running at low temperature by forcing the cooling intake structure, so as to achieve rapid heating and uniform distribution of the temperature in the box. The PID intelligent Control system monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure the accuracy and stability of the set temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature and time by tapping the four buttons on the control panel.
3. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the setting.
5. The device will automatically stop after running, or stop after reaching the set time.
6. If necessary, deviation correction or menu lock function can be enabled through the auxiliary menu.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V, rated current 13.6A, and reliable grounding.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and equipment life.
• When placing samples, the single-layer shelf should bear no more than 15kg, and ensure that the placement of items does not affect the air circulation.
• Please check whether the exhaust port (top φ 28mm * 2) is unobstructed before use.
