DADI CHD-3006 Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic equipment suitable for biological, chemical, physical, plant, chemical and other scientific research fields. Principle
The device sets and controls the target temperature through a microcomputer thermostat. The heating system heats according to the set value, while the Compressor refrigeration system can be started as needed to reduce the temperature. The built-in circulating pump promotes the circulation of the liquid in the Tank, ensuring uniform temperature. The Control system monitors the actual temperature through the Sensor and adjusts the heating or refrigeration power to maintain a constant Operating temperature.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use.
2. Add the refrigeration solution (e.g. distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature on the thermostat.
4. Turn on the circulation pump switch to circulate the liquid internally.
5. According to the temperature control accuracy requirements, place the refrigeration switch in the "dual control" or "direct cooling" position, and refer to the manual to set the relevant parameters of the temperature controller (such as CL, P, CT values or start the self-tuning function).
6. After the equipment works stably, enter the normal thermostatic state.
Notice
• Refrigeration medium should be distillation water, alcohol, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use sodium chloride and other corrosion solutions.
• When using the pump externally, the horizontal position of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the water inlet pipe should be at the bottom and the water outlet pipe should be above. Before use, add a certain liquid to the external water bath, then connect the pipeline and turn on the water pump to prevent the liquid in this equipment from being evacuated and causing damage to the heating pipe.
When using, pay attention to keep it clean and tidy to prevent liquid from splashing into the controller, so as not to cause line failure, damage or leakage.
