Principle
The device sets and controls the target temperature through a microcomputer temperature controller. The heating system (Heating power 600W) is responsible for heating up, and the Compressor refrigeration system is responsible for cooling down. The user can turn on the circulating pump (Flow rate 6L/min) to circulate the refrigeration solution in the Tank to ensure uniform temperature in the tank. The thermostat intelligently adjusts the heating or refrigeration power according to the temperature signal fed back by the Sensor to maintain the set thermostatic state.

Steps
1. Read the instructions carefully before use and become familiar with the instrument.
2. Add the refrigeration solution (e.g. distillation water, alcohol) to the overflow port.
3. Turn on the power switch to "ON" and set the desired temperature on the thermostat.
4. Turn on the circulating pump switch to circulate the solution internally and maintain a uniform temperature.
5. Usually turn the cooling switch in the "dual control" position, and set the CL, P, and CT parameters on the temperature controller according to the difference between the Ambient Temperature and the experimental temperature.
6. If the temperature control accuracy is very high (≤ +/- 0.2 ° C), the refrigeration switch can be turned to the "direct cooling" position and the self-tuning function of the temperature controller can be started.
Notice
Refrigeration medium is better to use distillation water, alcohol, etc. It is strictly forbidden to use sodium chloride and other corrosion solutions.
• When using the pump externally, the level of the external water bath should be higher than that of this equipment, and the water inlet pipe should be placed at the bottom and the water outlet pipe should be on the top. Before use, add a certain liquid to the external water bath, then connect the pipeline and turn on the water pump to prevent the liquid in this equipment from being evacuated and causing the heating pipe to dry burn and damage.
