Overview
DM200W Inductive Wood Moisture Analyzer is a continuation and improvement of the pin-type wood Moisture Analyzer. It uses electromagnetic wave (high field energy) scanning technology to quickly measure the internal moisture content of the wood without destroying the surface. The instrument is mainly used for the measurement of the moisture content of bamboo and wood products, and has the characteristics of fast Measurement speed and accurate results.
Features
1. Adopt professional electromagnetic wave sensing technology to read instantaneously through simple contact without damaging the surface of the object.
2. Perforating on the object to be measured is not required. Simply place the Probe against the surface to determine the moisture content.
3. Measurement speed is fast, can replace the traditional oven method, the whole operation process is about 1 minute, the reading only takes 1 second.

Principle
The moisture meter adopts the high-frequency electromagnetic wave induction type Measurement principle, scans the interior of the wood through the electromagnetic wave (ie high field energy) band, the depth can reach 50mm, quickly senses and calculates the moisture content of the wood, and the measurement results are displayed within 1 second.

Steps
1. Place the instrument Probe against the surface of the wood or bamboo product to be tested.
2. Start the measurement and the instrument will scan automatically.
3. Wait for about 1 second and read the moisture content value displayed on the LCD screen.
Notice
Please ensure that the measurement Ambient Temperature between -5~ 60 ℃, Environmental humidity below 85% and no condensation.
The instrument is powered by a 9V battery. Please pay attention to replacing the battery in time to ensure normal use.
Make sure that the Probe is in good contact with the surface of the measured object during measurement.
