Overview
MS-3 Micro Moisture Analyzer is a professional analytical instrument of TSINGTAO TOKY brand. It is designed according to the Karl-Fischer titration principle and is controlled by a microcomputer circuit to determine the micro Moisture content in various liquids and solid samples. The instrument has the characteristics of High Accuracy, Fast Analysis, Easy Operation, and can indirectly determine samples that are insoluble in Reagents or easily contaminated Electrode by equipping corresponding solid or liquid Sample injectors.

Principle
The instrument is based on Karl-Fischer titration principle and uses coulometric analysis (electric titration method) for determination. The instrument automatically controls the electrolysis current through a professional microcomputer circuit, titrates the moisture in the sample and calculates the electric quantity, so as to accurately obtain the Moisture content.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and corresponding Sample injectors (if required).
2. Turn on the instrument and make relevant settings.
3. Introduce the sample into the titration cell.
4. Start the measurement program, and the instrument will automatically complete the mixing, titration, and calculation process (approximately 60 seconds).
5. Read and record the measurement results directly displayed by the instrument.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 5~ 40 ℃.
• The power requirements are AC220V +/- 10%, Frequency 50Hz +/- 5Hz.
• For samples that are insoluble in Reagents, chemically react with Reagents, or easily contaminate Electrodes, indirect determination is required using the corresponding solid or liquid Sample injector.
• Please pay attention to the protection of the fully sealed titration tank bottle during operation to maintain the accuracy of the measurement.
• Accuracy Note: For the range of 10μg to 1mg H2O, the accuracy is +/- 3μg; for greater than 1mg H2O, the relative Standard Deviation RSD is less than 0.5% (excluding injection error).
