Overview
SUNDOO SLD-A digital display hardness gauge test stand is a test stand used with digital display Shore Shore Durometer, suitable for LD-A digital display Shore Durometer. The upper end of the test stand is equipped with a special fixed load weight, which can measure the Hardness value of rubber, which can improve the Stability and accuracy of measurement.
Features
1. Designed for LD-A Digital Shore Shore Durometer
2. Configure dedicated fixed load weight
3. Improve measurement Stability and accuracy
4. Suitable for rubber Hardness measurement
Principle
The SLD-A digital hardness gauge is measured by the special fixed load weight configured on the upper end of the frame, and the LD-A digital display Shore Shore Durometer is used for measurement. Under the condition of no vibration, the hardness gauge presses the sample at a maximum speed of 3.2mm/s to achieve accurate measurement of rubber Hardness.
Applications
Hardness measurement of rubber
Steps
1. Ensure that the test environment is free of vibration
2. Install the LD-A digital hardness gauge on the test bench
3. Adjust the hardness gauge to press the sample at a maximum speed of 3.2mm/s
4. Read and record Hardness Measured values
Notice
The test environment should be free of vibration
• The speed at which the hardness gauge is pressed against the specimen shall not exceed 3.2mm/s
• The weight and total mass should meet the requirements of GB/T531.1-2008 standard (about 1kg for type A)
• weight Total mass includes the weight sum of locking screws, fixed load weights, screws, nuts, clamping rods, hardness gauge fixed landline components and matching hardness gauge
