Principle
The UM6800 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge makes thickness measurements based on the propagation characteristics of ultrasound in materials, and calculates material thickness by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals through Probe.

Steps
1. Install 4 AA batteries
2. Choose the Right Probe
3. Set material code or Speed of sound parameter
4. Coupling the Probe to the surface of the material under test
5. Read the thickness value on the display
6. Metric to British conversion as required

• Environmental humidity should not exceed 90% RH
• Avoid use in strong vibration environments
